This Training Registration & Cancellation Policy applies to live virtual training sessions offered by Digital Elevate SEO. By registering for a training session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Please review this policy before completing your registration.
1. Training Registration
Registration is required to attend a Digital Elevate SEO live virtual training.
Each registration is valid for one attendee and applies only to the specific training topic, date, and time selected during registration.
Registration is confirmed after successful payment.
Availability may be limited, and registration may close when a training session reaches capacity.
2. Training Fees and Payment
The applicable training fee will be displayed before registration is completed.
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
A registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
3. Training Dates and Times
Attendees are responsible for confirming the training topic, date, time, and applicable time zone before completing registration.
Training dates and times are displayed on the Digital Elevate SEO website and may also appear in registration and order confirmation communications.
Attendees should plan to join the virtual training a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
4. Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, please contact Digital Elevate SEO as soon as possible before the scheduled training date.
Training registration fees are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or when Digital Elevate SEO cancels a session without providing an appropriate alternative.
5. Registration Transfers
When possible, Digital Elevate SEO may allow a registration to be transferred to a future available session of the same training topic.
Transfer requests must be submitted before the originally scheduled training session begins.
Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
A registration may not be repeatedly transferred between training dates.
6. Missed Training Sessions
Attendees who do not attend their scheduled training and have not requested an approved transfer before the session begins will be considered a no show.
No shows are not eligible for a refund or automatic transfer to another session.
A new registration may be required to attend a future training.
7. Training Rescheduling or Cancellation by Digital Elevate SEO
Digital Elevate SEO reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training session when reasonably necessary.
If Digital Elevate SEO reschedules a session, registered attendees will be notified and provided with information regarding the new date and time.
If the new date is not suitable, Digital Elevate SEO may provide an alternative available session or another appropriate resolution.
If Digital Elevate SEO cancels a paid training session and does not provide an appropriate replacement or alternative, affected attendees will be eligible for a refund of the applicable training registration fee.
8. Virtual Training Access
Live virtual training access information will be provided to registered attendees using the contact information supplied during registration.
Attendees are responsible for providing an accurate email address and monitoring their email for training communications.
Virtual access information is intended only for the registered attendee and should not be shared with individuals who have not registered.
9. Technology Requirements
Attendees are responsible for having:
✓ A reliable internet connection
✓ A compatible computer, tablet, or other supported device
✓ Access to the virtual training platform
✓ Working audio capabilities
✓ Any software or applications communicated before the training
Digital Elevate SEO is not responsible for an attendee's inability to participate because of personal internet, device, software, or other technical problems outside our reasonable control.
10. Attendance and Late Arrival
Training sessions will begin at the scheduled time.
Attendees who arrive late may join the remaining portion of the session, but the training will not ordinarily be restarted or extended because of late arrival.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early enough to address personal connection or technology issues before the training begins.
11. Questions and Follow Up
Attendees may submit training related questions through the designated chat or communication method provided during the session.
Because training time is focused on delivering the scheduled material, not all attendee questions may be answered during the live session.
Questions may be reviewed after the training, and additional responses or clarification may be provided when appropriate.
12. Training Materials
Registered attendees may receive training materials such as workbooks, worksheets, guides, presentations, checklists, or other supporting resources.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided for the registered attendee's personal or internal business use.
- Training materials may not be:
- Resold
- Redistributed
- Published publicly
- Uploaded for public access
- Shared with unregistered individuals
- Used to conduct another training program
- Reproduced for commercial distribution
All applicable intellectual property rights remain with Digital Elevate SEO or the respective rights holder.
13. Recording and Distribution
Attendees may not record, reproduce, livestream, publish, distribute, or otherwise share a Digital Elevate SEO live training session without prior written permission.
Digital Elevate SEO may separately notify attendees if a particular training session will be recorded.
14. Educational Purpose and Results
Digital Elevate SEO training is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Training may include instruction related to Google Business Profile, Google Maps, local search visibility, digital marketing, or other business topics.
Participation does not guarantee specific search rankings, Google Maps placement, website traffic, leads, customers, sales, revenue, or other business results.
Results may vary based on numerous factors outside the control of Digital Elevate SEO.
15. Third Party Platforms
Training may discuss or demonstrate third party platforms, including Google products and services.
Third party platforms may modify their features, policies, interfaces, algorithms, eligibility requirements, or functionality at any time.
Digital Elevate SEO does not control these changes and cannot guarantee continued availability or performance of third party features demonstrated during training.
Digital Elevate SEO is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. Conduct During Live Training
Attendees are expected to participate respectfully and avoid conduct that disrupts the training experience for others.
Digital Elevate SEO reserves the right to remove an attendee whose conduct is abusive, threatening, disruptive, unlawful, or substantially interferes with the training.
Removal for inappropriate conduct does not automatically entitle the attendee to a refund.
17. Policy Changes
Digital Elevate SEO may update this Training Registration & Cancellation Policy when training procedures, offerings, technology, or business practices change.
The version applicable to a registration will generally be the policy in effect at the time the registration is completed, subject to applicable law.
